    New $8000 sliding main entrance door recently purchased. Now unable to slide it open. Poor service by Stegbar. Apparently a 3 to 4 month wait for maintenance. Wont buy through them again.

    Robe doors were bowed and installed poorly. I asked them to come back and fix them which they agreed but they never did after months of waiting and multiple calls. Ended up buying new doors and returned them but they refused to refund money and the shop owner abused me. I will never use them again. I couldn’t believe how rude they were and the dodgy quality of work they perform

    I requested a quote for shower door frameless glass and a large wall mirror, was told id get a call back to arrange time and day for a measure up and quote. Many days later after not hearing from them ,i called them back to which they said they knew nothing about. The person i spoke to seemed like he didnt care and a very poor attitude. i will never use STEGBAR on any of my projects/building sites again.

    Was walking around showroom waiting to be served for around 10 minutes.
    There were three consultants in the showroom. Not once did we get any recognition. As we were walking back out of the showroom another person walks in and gets served immediately. Taking our business elsewhere!
